About the Role: Datexia Technologies is a premier IT Solutions Firm building next-generation software products. We are looking for aggressive, high-energy Sales Associates to join our remote team. You will be responsible for selling our flagship WordPress Plugins, Enterprise Software Keys, and Custom Web Development Services to businesses and agencies globally.

💰 Potential Earnings (Estimates based on performance): This is a performance-based role. Your income is uncapped.
- Part-Time / Beginner: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Selling ~3-5 Software Licenses).
- Active Seller: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 / month (Selling Agency Packs + Web Services).
- Top Performer: ₹1,00,000+ / month (Closing Enterprise Deals).
Real World Example: If you sell just one “Agency Software Pack” (₹15,000) to a marketing agency, you instantly pocket ₹3,750. Close just 3 deals a week, and you are earning ₹45,000/month.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch to Marketing Agencies, Web Developers, and Business Owners.
- Sell “Agency Licenses” of our software (High Ticket).
- Close deals for our Custom Web Development & Design services.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the Datexia brand.
Requirements:
- Must have a working Laptop and stable Internet connection.
- Strong command of English (Written & Spoken).
- A “Hunter” mindset—you don’t wait for leads; you create them.
Important Note for Applicants:
This is a 100% Performance-Based Role. To offer you the highest commission rates in the industry (25%), we do not offer a fixed base salary. This role is designed for “Hunters” who want to earn based on their results, not their hours. If you are looking for a capped fixed salary, this role may not be the right fit for you.
